Any history on this? Looks like an old tender.

This was a tender for a New York Central locomotive 5315. . 5315 (locomotive and tender) were sold to the Toronto Hamilton &Buffalo RR in 1948 .After the TH&B retired their steam locomptives it was converted to a Steam Generator car to provide steam heat for passenger cars.
